A.Vogel Organic Herbamare Original Sea Salt G/F 125g

Far more than a simple mixture of salt and dried herbs, Herbamare is made from a recipe developed by renowned Swiss naturopath Alfred Vogel that transfers the flavours of a dozen fresh herbs and vegetables to the salt itself. The process takes place at A.Vogel’s facility in rural Colmar, France, where organically grown herbs from the surrounding fields are blended with sea salt just hours after being picked. The ingredients then steep together for up to a full year before being vacuum-dried and blended again to make a fine, free-flowing seasoning with a flavour so intense it satisfies even with very moderate use.
