Just like A.Vogel’s famous original Herbamare, Herbamare Spicy is made in rural Colmar, France, by steeping fresh herbs and vegetables with salt for up to a full year so that their flavours are absorbed by the salt crystals themselves. Here, though, the ingredients include chilli, pepper and horseradish, providing just enough of a nip to make Herbamare Spicy a perfect seasoning for complementing spicy cuisines like Mexican and Indian and boosting flavour in Italian favourites like pizza and pasta.
