Carwari Organic Wasabi Powder 20g

Carwari Wasabi Powder is made from Japanese grown Organic Wasabi Leaves and Organic Horseradish. No additives or artificial colours are used in the whole process.

This Wasabi Powder is to be mixed with water and becomes the a pleasant pungent taste and nice spicy kick. It is best accompanied with fresh Sashimi, Sushi and seafood. It can be also used as a key ingredient of sauces and dressings. Adding tiny Wasabi makes your everyday dishes special and sensational.

To make fresh Wasabi paste, in egg cup or similar size of bowl, put 1/2 tsp of Wasabi Powder with 3/4 tsp of water and mix to a firm, clay-like paste. Stand the egg cup upside down for a few minutes to allow the flavour to develop.
